FAQs
Where do you provide services?
Privada Concierge provides virtual and in person services. We are currently providing in person services, such as cleaning and personal assisting, to Florida’s Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches.
Can I cancel my Concierge Service?
Yes, concierge, virtual, and in person services are able to be cancelled. Please provide Privada Concierge a written notice within 14 days of the cancellation period.
How do I know what services are right for me?
With just a simple text, email, call, or form submission we will be able to curate the perfect blend of services suitable for your personal and/or business needs.
I Scheduled a cleaning and need to change the date and/or time.
No worries, just contact us via text, email, or call and we will be able to reschedule any one of our services.
Are concierge services billed?
Each one of our services are curated specifically to your needs. Once your package is created, you will receive our terms of service and contract laying out all of your services. This will then be billed on the 28th of each month.

Born and raised in South Florida, Jacki has always had a deep passion for creating exceptional experiences for others. With over 20 years of experience in client relations, hospitality, and administrative support, she has developed a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to providing seamless, personalized service. Throughout her career, Jacki has mastered the art of anticipating and fulfilling the needs of clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction with every interaction. Her extensive background in administrative roles has equipped her with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, enabling her to manage complex tasks efficiently and effectively for her clients.
Her career journey took a transformative turn when she entered law enforcement, where she spent over a decade in various administrative and management roles. This experience sharpened her expertise in security, leadership, and organizational skills, all of which have shaped her approach to concierge services. In addition, Jacki’s experience with operational management and administrative skills has further strengthened her ability to manage confidential information, coordinate schedules, and facilitate seamless operations.
